Nearly 37% Of All Registered Steam Games Have Never Been Played

Ars Technica has dipped deep into the public stats on Steam users and the games they own and play, mining data on the most-owned games—Dota 2 tops the list—and more. One of the most interesting numbers, however, is just how many of Steam’s 781 million registered games have never been played at all. According to Ars, of those millions of games, only 493 million have been played.
